We will have a diversity of talent for our companies

On April 8, 2013, an episode was aired that featured the founders of My Positive Perspective and Kinetic Hifi Internet Radio. During the episode My Positive Perspective founder Jason Deierlein asked Kinetic Hifi founder Boyd Strough what gave him the idea to start a radio station. Strough responded to the question saying, “I was at the gym talking to this former radio personality who was looking for work. He repeated the fact that he was looking to get back on the radio, and was wondering why he did not have a job. So I challenged myself to start a radio station.” Deierlein then asked Strough what he took away from that conversation. Strough said, “I didn’t want to complain about something without doing something about it.” Deierlein shook his head in agreement adding that complaining does no good when one is faced with a challenge.”

My Positive Perspective founder, Jason Deierlein added, “Entrepreneurs face far too many challenges and obstacles that must be fixed to have the luxury of complaining about them.”Kinetic Hifi Radio founder Boyd Strough agreed saying, “We have a great circle of friends who are going out and doing things for themselves. None of us know exactly what we are doing, but we’re smart enough to use each other’s talents and line them up accordingly.” Deierlein was in agreement with this saying, “We will have enough talent and diversity of talent that the positive people should prevail.”

My Positive Perspective is a media outlet believing that improvement in our community will be best achieved by focusing on the good things happening in our world today. Having survived a near fatal car accident as a youth, a shift of perception forced one to have a mentality of always concentrating on the brighter sides of things. This was true, and in my book, Return From a Comatose Mind, this belief was put to the test. Appreciation for life was the biggest thing one took away from my brush with death, and it is because of that gives me such a huge desire to be helpful to many. My Positive Perspective is a way of overcoming challenges.
