Salentica Inc., a market leader in providing innovative and integrated Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Client Reporting technology solutions for wealth managers, and Schwab Intelligent Technologies announced the general availability of Schwab OpenView Gateway™ for Microsoft Dynamics® CRM, a third party application developed by Salentica for advisors using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.
The Schwab OpenView GatewayTM for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution mirrors the behavior of the integration currently within Salentica CRM, providing real-time Schwab Advisor Services (Schwab) account data within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Users can now access in Real Time account balances, positions, transactions, alerts, account profiles and account documents including Statements, Trade Confirms and Tax Documents. Firms can also synchronize Schwab account records with Dynamics CRM.

Reducing time through workflow automation
Salentica has adopted eight Schwab workflows currently available for Microsoft Dynamics CRM produced by Schwab Intelligent Technologies. The Schwab OpenView WorkflowTM Library provides 28 universal workflows, built to maximize the advisors’ use of CRM solutions.
