Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, a locally owned general partnership between Brian Arrington, Steve Games and Nyda Jones-Church, have announced a merger with the downtown office, formerly Windermere Signature Properties, owned by Raye Scott and Francine Finn. The new affiliation and transition to Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty will become official on April 16, 2013.
The office, which now will operate as Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, is located in the heart of the downtown Marina District at 560 1st Avenue. Conveniently located, it is open and staffed seven days a week.
