The Network of Executive Women (NEW), a nationwide community promoting the advancement of women in the retail and consumer products industry, will present comedienne, author and sociologist, Dr. Bertice Berry, at a luncheon on Wednesday, April 17 at the Hotel Intercontinental Garden Room in Dallas. The event is hosted by NEW North Central Texas and is open to the public.
Berry’s topic for the NEW Spring Luncheon is “Positive Imaging: Who are you and how do you want to be seen?” Utilizing a blend of humor, storytelling, and presentation of research, Dr. Berry will share insights on how a modern woman in the workplace can develop her personal and professional image.
With more than 25 years of lecturing experience and strong academic background, Berry inspires women to grow beyond their limits and the limitations of society. The mantra Dr. Berry lives by is, "When you walk with purpose, you collide with destiny.”
