The Riviera Country Club is very pleased to welcome Kelsie Hopkins as Director of Special Events.
Ms. Hopkins brings with her over 12 years of special event sales and management experience at world-class organizations including Tavern on the Green, and Wolfgang Puck. She has planned and executed hundreds of successful events, including high-profile functions from the Trump Baby Shower to birthday celebrations for the likes of Elton John and Hillary Clinton. Ms. Hopkins also holds a degree in Public Relations and Business from Pepperdine University.
In her new role at The Riviera Country Club, Ms. Hopkins will be overseeing the sales and event management for the club’s several private event spaces, including 27 modernly appointed guest suites. The club’s Crystal Ballroom provides sweeping golf course and ocean views, with a private entry and seating for up to 240 guests, and the Grand Ballroom seats up to 300 with outdoor terrace space overlooking the first hole and tennis club. The club is also capable of hosting smaller, more intimate events in the George C. Thomas Room (named after the famed golf course architect), which provides the perfect setting for up to 70 guests.
