While those affected were right to hope for the best, it would be prudent to plan for the worst.
London, UK (PRWEB UK) 10 April 2013
Property owners allegedly affected by HS2 have vowed to raise the £100,000 needed to continue their legal battle against HS2, despite the High Court recently ruling against them in four of five Judicial Reviews (Case no.CO/3467/2012).
However, speaking in a new HS2 video James Del Mar, head of Knight Frank’s HS2 property team, said while those affected were right to hope for the best, it would be prudent to plan for the worst.
The video shot on the proposed HS2 route where it cuts through the picturesque Chiltern Hills in Wendover highlights the issues that those looking to claim compensation need to consider.
