Executive coach, international speaker and bestselling author Libby Gill is a featured keynote speaker at the Produce Marketing Association's (PMA) Fresh Perspectives Conference on April 23rd in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The Fresh Perspectives Conference has been introduced by the PMA Foundation to help develop and advance careers for women in the produce industry. The three-day conference will provide a forum for women executives, newcomers and all levels in between who want to drive change within their organizations, develop their leadership potential, and learn from their peers and business leaders.

In her presentation, titled “Harnessing the Power of Belief, Behavior, and Accountability,” Gill shares the scientific research as well as her own insights about how beliefs drive behavior in the workplace. States Gill, “I'm honored to be presenting not only a keynote address but also a follow-up workshop focused on taking the learning back to work after the conference at the first-ever PMA Fresh Perspectives Conference.
