Mazzotti, who has managed developing communities in Southern California for the past 15 years, will work closely with homebuilders as they convert developments into communities. Working side by side with planners as well as sales and marketing teams throughout the planning process, Joely can offer insights on everything from landscaping and layout to community life and governance.
