IDEAS 2.0 utilizes Scanless Automatic Filing Engine (SAFE) technology, which enables dealers to reduce the paperwork burden placed on service technicians and advisors by automatically capturing, categorizing and indexing repair order documentation, without the need to print and scan the documents.
