Credit Union selects Connect for Online Banking, Mobile Applications, and PFM Capabilities

Connect Financial Software Solutions today announced a multi-year agreement with Tampa Bay Federal Credit Union. With more than 27,000 members and $210 million in assets, Tampa Bay Federal selected Connect for its suite of Online Banking, Mobile Apps, and PFM channel solutions.

“We considered several online banking providers, and selected Connect because of their depth of integration to our host and extensive capabilities of their solutions,” said Cindy Walker, CRO of Tampa Bay Federal. According to Richard Grammatica, CFO, “Connect was able to meet our strategic objectives for the online channel, and improve our long-term delivery cost.”

According to Ron Spence, Director of Information Technology, “Connects’ architecture delivers a tightly integrated solution across the online and mobile channels, that was one of the areas that stood out for us.”
According to Joe Long, Vice President of Connect, “Tampa Bay Federal explained their near and long term goals to us, and we were able to demonstrate how our solutions and long-term strategy would help them meet them.”
