Medellin, Colombia (PRWEB) April 10, 2013

Goff Corporation’s ("Goff" or “the Company”) (OTCQB: GOFF) wholly owned subsidiary Golden Glory Resources Inc. has designated its advance technical team on its newly acquired Santa Rosa Gold Project in the well-known gold mining district of the South Bolivar Department, Colombia. The technical team will be comprised of company management, geo-technical experts on staff and in country consultants currently engaged as part of the Company’s efforts on its two other gold concessions in the Caldas and Marmato regions of Colombia.

The Bolivar Region is a highly prospective area in a province that is home to a number of international gold mining and exploration companies. The Colombian government has recorded gold production from the region between 1987 and 1994 to be 1,271,000 ounces of gold, and the region is presently reporting the highest annual gold production in Colombia, averaging 275,000 ounces per year since 1991.

Through Golden Glory Resources, Goff Corporation has negotiated nine mining titles covering a massive 12,465 hectares on the Santa Rosa leases. The technical and geo consulting team will be responsible for evaluating data, developing assessments and interpreting the information in order to set exploration guidelines.

Reports available on the leases indicate the Santa Rosa Gold Project area is underlain by a mix of granodiorites, synogranodiorities, quartz monzonites and tonalites. These rocks host many of the plutonic-hosted mesothermal gold deposits in northeastern Colombia, including the Segovia-Remedios Gold belt, which collectively has produced in excess of 24 million ounces of gold.

The geo-technical team will source and review all technical documentation, as well as any historical physical information and local reports provided on the Santa Rosa.

Management has stated that the Company is continuing evaluating other gold properties in the surrounding regions of Colombia that are under consideration as potential acquisition targets.
