“In short, the Expo Floor has anything and everything that a fleet manager could use for their job,” said Russo.

The fleet industry event of the year is growing once again. For the fifth straight year, NAFA’s annual conference features an even larger Expo Floor than the year before. With less than two weeks to go before the start of the conference, only a handful of exhibit spaces remain.

“We’ve already exceeded the amount of floor space that we had available for last year’s Expo,” said NAFA’s Executive Director Phillip E. Russo, CAE. “We keep increasing the space each year and more businesses come on board! It’s a nice problem to have.”

Over 270 companies are currently registered as exhibitors for NAFA’s 2013 Institute & Expo, which takes place April 23-26 at the Atlantic City Convention Center in Atlantic City, NJ. They range from companies that offer maintenance services to fleet management companies; auto manufacturers and environmental organizations; companies which provide upfitting products and those who offer the latest in telematics equipment.

“In short, the Expo Floor has anything and everything that a fleet manager could use for their job,” said Russo.

NAFA’s annual Institute & Expo is regarded as the fleet industry event of the year. Fleet professionals from throughout the United States and Canada attend to learn about the latest technologies, best practices, and industry trends from over 60 hours of fleet educational sessions. Keynote presenters include Janet Froetscher, President & CEO of the National Safety Council; a special “fireside chat” with John Ruppert of Ford, Jim Sassorossi of Chrysler, and Ed Peper of General Motors; former race car champion, Derek Daly; and motivational speaker, Stuart Ellis-Myers.

Strong interest in this year’s conference is evident by the amount of hotel rooms booked. NAFA not only completely sold out its block of rooms for the Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel, but sold out its block of rooms at the Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort as well. NAFA has since added several additional blocks of rooms at the Taj Mahal. All total, the conference has over 900 attendees staying at the Taj Mahal alone!
