Property investment expert, Rick Otton, believes that we have all been conditioned to believe that there was a set-in-stone process for buying and selling property in the UK. He has now announced that at his forthcoming real estate conference, he will dispel this myth and demonstrate how everyday men and women can become property investors.

“In fact, neither is true, and I have proven this by purchasing over 300 houses using very little of my own money. Not only that, but over the last 10 years I’ve shown hundreds of people in UK how they can do the same thing” said the property millionaire.
Mr Otton is proud that his strategies are often described as ‘unconventional’ - because they are just that. He believes that walking the conventional path disadvantages too many prospective home buyers and property investors.
The Zero-Debt Property Cash Flow Conference, three full days of Mr Otton sharing his strategies, techniques, case studies and tools, is being held in Maidenhead from 19-21 April 2013.
His 2012 UK real estate conference was sold out well in advance, and his team has revealed that this will likely be the case this year as well.
The conference program will feature Fundamentals of the Rent to Own System on Day 1 and Proven Property Strategies on Day 2.
