Riverstone Residential Group, the nation’s largest 100% third-party multifamily property management company, announces that it has been named by the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC) as the second-largest apartment manager in the United States. Riverstone’s ranking appeared in the 2013 NMHC 50, the annual industry ranking of the top 50 apartment owners and managers nationwide, which was released on April 9. The list indicates that Riverstone has 174,838 apartment homes under management.
