“We are excited to add more than 3,000 new store fronts to our portfolio of world class retail and restaurant clients,” said CEO Bill Hayden. “With these recent additions and our current pipeline of active negotiations, we are predicting that FacilitySource will grow between 10-15% in 2013. This will add approximately 50 new jobs in Columbus and Phoenix, bringing our total workforce to over 300 associates.”

Hayden said that the five new companies were particularly attracted to four key features of the FacilitySource delivery model: a proprietary technology and analytics platform, an elite vendor network of over 25,000 service providers, the industry’s largest facility maintenance data platform, and its flexible options to provide both preventive and reactive services.
