On Tuesday, April 9, award-winning Maryland builders Advantage Homes hosted a realtor luncheon at Frederick County’s premier planned community, Brunswick Crossing. Fifty realtors toured the decorated townhome and single-family home models, which showcase the custom-quality construction and design offered by Advantage Homes. The realtors also entered a special drawing for a chance to win an iPad, a $100 Dutch’s Daughter gift card and Visa gift cards.
“As a builder, we recognize the value of working closely with local realtors,” says Vice President of Sales & Marketing James McCormack. “This luncheon was an opportunity to meet and greet new and existing partners. And show them our resort-style Brunswick Crossing community and the quality craftsmanship that defines Advantage Homes.”
Guests toured three of Advantage’s new homes md models: The Essex neo-traditional single-family home, The Asbury traditional single-family home and The Eaton townhome. Local Brunswick, Md. restaurant Beans in the Belfry provided an assortment of finger foods including mini quiches, sandwiches, fresh cut fruits and vegetables, brownies, lemon bars and other desserts.
