We are honored to have a service disabled veteran represent the Nectir brand into Delaware. With his background and contacts, we are confident he will be successful.
Dover, DE (PRWEB) April 11, 2013
Nectir Inc., an emerging national network of staffing firms, announces their newest franchise location opening, partnering with recognized local community leader Dr. Raymond L. Paylor. Ray will serve as the CEO and President of Nectir Delaware and is based in Dover. Nectir Delaware will provide contingent staffing, contract-to-hire services, direct-hire services and rapid deployment staffing for local and regional companies as well as State and Federal Agencies.
“We are honored to have a service disabled veteran represent the Nectir brand into Delaware. With his background and contacts, we are confident he will be successful,” says Doug Ortega, Executive Vice President of Nectir. “Delaware is a strong market for technology and look forward to seeing Ray grow his staffing business.”
The latest statistics from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics show that Delaware’s unemployment rate is at 6.9 percent, nearly a full percentage point lower than the national average at 7.8 percent. Since hitting its low during the economic recession in December 2009, the state has added nearly 12,000 jobs.
Employment growth is expected to continue throughout 2013 because of Delaware’s diverse range of industries including banking, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing and agriculture. An increase in jobs makes Nectir Delaware’s opening a convenience for employers.
Prior to joining Nectir, Dr. Paylor was a Human Relations Specialist for Delaware’s Department of State, a member of the Capital School District Board of Education and an Adjunct Professor at Wilmington University. Ray earned his Doctoral Degree in Education Leadership and Innovation, his Master’s Degree in Management Sciences and his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Wilmington University. A committed community leader, Ray founded the Delaware Youth Leadership Academy, served as the Vice President of the Dover Community Action Forum and served on the executive boards of Youth Sports groups.
