New Clients Benefit from Cost Savings and Patients from World Class Care

While our industry has experienced considerable change, our commitment to quality remains constant. This dedication along with meeting customers' needs are reasons why we will continue to succeed into the next 15 years. -Robert J. Stilley, CEO.

HeartCare Imaging Inc. (HCI), a full-service diagnostic imaging service company, is pleased to announce the anniversary of its 15th year in business. HCI has experienced tremendous growth since their founding in 1998 by President and CEO, Robert. J. Stilley. The company’s success is attributed to the team’s ability to adapt to change and continuously position itself to meet the needs of customers.

HCI excels at developing customized solutions, making imaging affordable for all groups. Offering personnel, state-of-the-art medical equipment, ICANL/ACR lab accreditation, physician education, financing, marketing and being intimately involved with improving operational efficiencies has allowed HCI to differentiate itself as a full-service provider.

“We believe our dedication to producing results, commitment to client relationships and the necessity of imaging services has fostered our growth over the past 15 years. We are particularly proud of our committed team that deliver exemplary service to our customers each and every day,” said James Avery, HCI Regional Vice President.

HCI boasts superior partnerships with hospitals, imaging centers and small and large physician groups throughout the country. Long-term clients, including several leading research U.S. Universities, benefit from the company’s unwavering promise to strengthen their customers’ bottom-line through providing superior service, advanced technologies and quality care for patients.

Fifteen years in business represents unusual longevity for the nuclear imaging industry. President and CEO, Robert J. Stilley explained, “We face considerable challenges in the healthcare world. Adapting and tailoring services to the needs of customers over time is critical in our ever-changing landscape of declining insurance reimbursements for physicians, hospital budget cuts and overall economic uncertainty. We have had success with numerous physician practices and are excited to be working with premier hospital networks that are in the process of bringing independent practices into their organizations. I look forward to being an integral part of our industry for the next 15 years and beyond.”

Despite these challenges, HCI successfully develops and manages programs specialized in nuclear cardiology, nuclear medicine, positron emission tomography (PET), computerized tomography (CT), echo and more recently, molecular breast imaging.

HCI’s growth is not limited to penetrating new service lines. With the recent announcement to expand business into Texas, HCI now works with customers throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Region. HCI’s Business Development Manager, Tiffany Weimar, comments, “Our organization is committed to excellence. This distinction is seen through our dedicated and loyal employees, long-term customers and through our ability to build our brand as we continue to put ourselves on the map in new areas of the country.”

HCI’s tenured professional staff and customized approach to doing business, together, poise the leader for continued success and growth in years to come.
