APRIL 12, 2013 – MINNEAPOLIS, MN - The Minnesota Hospice and Palliative Care Conference to advance the knowledge of healthcare professionals who provide end-of-life services, resulting in improved quality of care for patients, families and our communities will be held April 15-16, 2013.
Matrix Team Home Care will be exhibiting during the event, held at the DoubleTree Bloomington
South Hotel in Bloomington, Minnesota. This conference is designed for professionals (all disciplines) and volunteers who work in hospice, palliative care, long-term care, home care, assisted living and other health and community support settings.

The annual conference features a full agenda of learning opportunities, with Keynote address by Ira Byock, MD entited “Providing ‘the Best Care Possible’ Through End-of-Life” and other highlights including:

- Keeping it All in Perspective, Father Nick Mezacapa
- “180 Days” – a play written and performed by Taren Sterry, the true story of her first six months working in hospice
- Vocal entertainment by Patty Peterson, World-Class Jazz/R&B Singer & Radio Host
