By fully integrating systems across the association, NAIS provides more than 60 employees and two off-site call centers of a dozen additional staff with access to a centralized membership database for reporting and member management for more than 1,700 schools and associations of schools in the United States and abroad. Furthermore, since nearly all of NAIS’ staff teleworks at least one to three days per week and 25 percent are full-time teleworkers, the web-based access provides a low maintenance connection to a centralized system for membership, events, product sales, subscriptions, email marketing, accounts receivable, inventory control, sales and marketing, and more.
