Christina Panagakos to sharpen focus on operational improvement.

Business Talent Group, which brings organizations and top-tier independent professionals together for mission-critical business projects, is strengthening its strategic operations capabilities with the addition of Principal Christina Panagakos to the Client Service & Talent Development team. A former Principal at Booz & Co. and executive in the financial services industry, Panagakos has led numerous strategic opportunity and operational improvement programs, empowering organizations to sustain major transformation. Her experience includes initiatives in operational restructuring, process and performance improvement, supply chain management and operational effectiveness across a range of industries—as well more classic strategy engagements.

“I’m excited to shape projects with the right mix of strategy and process and help clients take advantage of a consulting model that’s faster and more cost-effective than traditional firms,” says Panagakos.

Business Talent Group, founded six years ago, is the US market leader in helping the world’s best known companies, private equity firms, and non-profits harness the growing number of high-caliber independent professionals—from management consultants to former executives. BTG and these professionals allow companies to do important work once performed by traditional consulting firms on a more flexible and cost-effective basis. BTG looks forward to deepening its capabilities in strategic operations and program management and implementing change at all levels of our clients’ organizations with the help of Panagakos.

Originally trained at MIT and Stanford in chemical engineering, Panagakos holds an MBA from Harvard and will be based out of Business Talent Group’s New York and San Francisco offices.
