Chicago, IL (PRWEB) April 15, 2013
Tribeca Flashpoint Media Arts Academy has introduced a new Fast Track Admissions program that allows prospective students to submit their applications, register for financial aid, interview, and receive an admissions decision—all in one day.
Two Fast Track Admissions events are scheduled this month (April 18th and April 27th). Additional events are currently being scheduled throughout the months to come.
Founded in 2007, the innovative digital media arts college has quickly earned national accreditation and the respect of leading industry players (boasting partnerships with the likes of Microsoft, AT&T, Sony Entertainment, and more)—and, most recently, earned approval from the Department of Education to offer Federal Financial Aid to its students. The Fast Track Admissions program was created to meet the needs of large numbers of prospective students who have expressed interest in attending the college but were waiting for this critical financial aid announcement.
“We know that many prospective students have been postponing their TFA admissions activities due to financial constraints,” says Academic Dean Paula Froehle. “Now that we have received approval from the Department of Education to offer federal student loans, we are eager to help those students make up for lost time by expediting and personally assisting them through the Admissions process.”
Through the program, any students interested in starting classes at Tribeca Flashpoint Academy in June or September, may attend a Fast Track Admissions Day at which they will have the opportunity to:
- Meet with a financial aid advisor for a personalized consultation and assistance in filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
- Take the Wonderlic basic skills test
- Interview with a faculty member
- Tour the campus
- And receive a formal Admissions decision
Interested students should visit tfa.edu to learn more and register for an upcoming Fast Track Admissions Day.
