The Fitness Consulting Group, a company dedicated to helping personal trainers grow their businesses, is hosting an Elite Training Workshop tomorrow in Frisco, Texas. The event is one of the most highly anticipated live events put on by the company this year.

Tomorrow, April 13th, the Fitness Consulting Group will be hosting the fitness business building workshop at Full Throttle Fitness/Fitness Revolution Frisco. Five of the top names in the fitness industry will make an appearance at the event as presenters.

“The Elite Training Workshop is a very special event for us here at the Fitness Consulting Group because it gives trainers the opportunity to see how elite industry professionals run their successful fitness businesses,” Fitness Consulting Group CEO Pat Rigsby says.

One of the most eagerly awaited speakers at tomorrow’s Elite Training Workshop will be Dave Schmitz, owner and founder of Resistance Band Training Systems, LLC. He plans on giving the fitness professionals in attendance a complete overview of resistance band training.

Rigsby and his business partner Nick Berry believe that exposure to fitness specialists like Schmitz will help the attendees understand how to run a profitable fitness niche business.

“Dave Schmitz’s remarkable success running a specialized niche fitness business is hardly some outlier scenario,” Rigsby says. “Our other presenters, like bodybuilder and gym owner Tyler English, have had similar success doing their own unique brand of training,” Rigsby states.

English regularly appears at live events hosted by the fitness business consulting firm’s live events and owns an elite national gym in Connecticut. He will be speaking about the roles of cardio and strength training in a workout program.

“Eric Cressey of Cressey Performance will also be on hand to share his perspective on training,” Berry says. “Eric has spent many years training clients with loose joints, and he will be presenting on how to handle this important situation.”

Steve Long and Jared Woolever of Smart Group Training will also appear at the Elite Training Workshop. Smart Group Training was founded in 2012 to help improve personal trainers businesses through enhancing the techniques of training in a group setting.

The Elite Training Workshop will be occurring tomorrow, April 13th, in Frisco, Texas. It will be hosted at Full Throttle Fitness/Fitness Revolution Frisco.
