Everything else is so yesterday

GoGekko GbR, a new woman-owned app development company, announced the launch of the iGab messenger app in iTunes several weeks ago.

“Here we are in the land of millions of apps…how do we stand out in the crowd? This is what we spend most of our days thinking about,” stated Claudia Neumann co-founder of iGab. The GoGekko team decided to try something different, and not just create an app demo video. The team wanted to create an entertaining video with a feeling of fun, both elements of the iGab app. “Fun communication is our motto and video is a strong media platform, it reaches our senses and sparks emotion,” stated Kathryn Hagedorn, co-founder of iGab.

GoGekko decided to try their hand at creating a video, Dieter Maise agreed to direct and he composed a catchy tune, a great dancer “Fred We” was hired and a story line with a dash of sarcasm was thrown into the mix.

Will the video go viral? Only time will tell…

Using video can greatly increase exposure for any new product. Create a video that has numerous elements, which mirror the product being sold.

“Using a competent team is the corner stone when creating a video, this team will assure that the product or person is portrayed authentically,” stated Frederick We. http://www.frederickwe.de

GoGekko suggests creating a good storyline using an experienced director and targeting emotions. The iGab Crew is hopeful that the launch video leaves the viewers in no doubt that the iGab app stands for “trying something new and having fun while you do it.”

About GoGekko GbR:
GoGekko GbR. was established in 2012 in Hamburg. iGab is GoGekkos first iOS app, the app was created because GoGekko wanted a new fun way to send messages, without having to type messages. Emotion and using user own voices were both critical aspects to incorporate into the app. When sending text messages one is only able to show emotion by using smileys or other 2D images and often messages are sent with computer voices…GoGekko wanted more.http://www.i-gab.com
