“When they click the enter button, the ranking of the particular site with the negative content will be shown,” he said. More importantly, the Wildnet Technologies Complaints App also allow users to access the recommendations of the experts on how the company should handle the situation.

Ideally, he said, the purpose is not to antagonize further but rather to address the issue directly particularly when the complaint has some merit. But when the negative feedback in question is prompted by the competitor, Wildnet’s pool of experts is also on standby to give their professional advice.

“The truth is there’s no single method that will allow companies and small businesses to clear their reputation following a virtual attack,” he said, adding that Wildnet is also offering online reputation management service.

The service helps companies achieve three things: first is to boost their bottom lines, improve the ranking of their website then dislodging the particular site with the negative content against them from the top position and into the bottom sections where it’s more difficult for random users to stumble into complaint.

But the Wildnet Technologies Complaints App is not merely to manage the company’s reputation. One feature of the software allows customers to post their reviews and feedback regarding the product and service of the business.
