Leading online promotion company, SEO Positive, has responded to a new research which reveals that reviews play a vital part in generating mobile commerce sales.

Reviews have become increasingly important for consumers when deciding on a purchase.

26% of consumers access customer reviews and consumer conversions on mobile devices for PC World and Curry’s, reports Econsultancy.

In data from Revoo’s retailer and brand clients, 25% of consumers receiving post purchase requests to provide a review or answer a question via email, responded via mobile. In September 2011, this was only 8% - showing a growth of 212% in 18 months.

Added to this, a much higher propensity to purchase is seen after consumer’s access reviews on mobile devices.
