Advanced Realty Team, Inc., yesterday announced it has begun a “Rent One-Get One Free” marketing program for its Famous Foreclosure Rentals and Famous Rent to Own on Steroids™ homes.

The new advertisements were launched on a number of Internet venues featuring two homes now available for rent. One is a Famous Rent to Own on Steroids and one a Famous Foreclosure Rentals.

The new advertisements of the Dunedin, Fl.-based boutique real estate firm open with a video of a small ceramic home and them switch to an inside view of the real rental home.

“If you rent the full size home,” the narrator says,” you also get this home free.”

“We make it clear in the ads that the mini-home is made in China and marketed by Wal-Mart in the United States,” said George Beardsley, President-Broker of Advanced. “The point is not that you are getting something of great value in addition to the home you are renting from us,” he said.

“The point we want to make is that we offer full size value for mini-sized prices,” he said.

Famous Foreclosure Rentals offers homes in foreclosure, or about to be in foreclosure, at bargain prices, often reflecting “as is” condition and the fact that if the home does go into foreclosure, the bank may cause an inconvenience of delivering legal papers to the home and there is a possibility of having to move before you expect.

“We disclose these risks,” Beardsley said, ‘but we have excellent legal representation for all homes in the program and do not expect to be surprised by an unexpected legal decision.”

Famous Rent to Own on Steroids™ offers homes not in foreclosure and offer the Tenant-Buyer the opportunity to own a home with little or no cash and no or bad credit.

All rent paid in the entire first year becomes down payment and the Tenant-Buyer can earn a mortgage not by credit score, but by making 12 consecutive monthly payments on time and maintaining the home as though they already owned the home.

“We started creating unusual ways to market rentals a few years ago,” Beardsley said, “when the market fell apart.”

“Famous Rent to Own has been a great hit and the Famous Foreclosure Rentals is catching on rapidly,” he said. “What we really need now is to find a way to buy homes faster to meet the demand from our rental and rent to own programs.”

Advanced has announced it has begun to buy houses fast and for cash that are in foreclosure and underwater and that it has another program to buy houses fast for full market value.

Advanced has a variety of other methods to buy houses fast, where the sellers pays no real estate commission and are able to get on with their lives.

Recently, Advanced announced they would buy houses in foreclosure and houses where the mortgage was larger than the value of the house.

Advanced Realty is a small boutique real estate brokerage firm that offers a service to people who want to sell a house in seven days by buying the house from them and then offering affordable housing with rental or rental to own programs.

Advanced was founded in the early nineties by Maryan and George Beardsley, two stock brokers who had learned about creative ways to sell real estate when they bought a home in the path of plans to build a garbage burning incinerator.

They moved from Boca Raton, where the house was located, leaving the home unsold and vacant.

Their Realtor suggested creative financing and after selling that house at top dollar when other houses in the subdivision were not selling, they decided to leave stocks and bonds for houses.

Advanced can buy houses for all cash, but is able to pay a higher price if the seller is willing to carry some of the financing to facility speed in closing and a higher sales price. The company has a number of programs to accomplish this sale and then offers the houses as affordable housing.
