HGH Infrared Systems announces three exciting new releases to their blackbody product line this week. Releases include new dual blackbody, Labview drivers and an Android application to remotely control the blackbodies.
HGH Infrared Systems has been making infrared test equipment for over 30 years. Their latest innovative dual blackbody is the TwiN1000. It is composed of two 1.6” emissive surfaces controlled by the same electronic unit but working independently. With a high emissivity of 0.98±0.02 and a temperature range from 0°C to 150°C (for each surface), it is the ideal blackbody for applications which require calibration temperatures to jump from one to another within a second. Its compactness allows it to be easily integrated into an IR detector production line for noise and NETD testing.
“TwiN1000 will fully satisfy optoelectronics researchers who need top-of-the-line IR reference sources, but with a limited budget,” said Thierry Campos, CEO of HGH Infrared Systems. “With TwiN1000, we have met the challenge of combining low cost of ownership with small footprint and high performance.”
HGH will launch the TwiN1000 and new modern features at the SPIE show in Baltimore, MD on April 29. HGH Infrared Systems will be at Booth 2034.
