The delegation framework delivered with Vana Release 10 supports the ability to identify a delegate individual that can work on behalf of another person such as a manager for a fixed or indefinite period of time. The delegate can perform all transactions as well as serve as the delegate approver for transactions. A complete audit and history of delegate transactions are delivered.

Position Budgeting Delivers Insight and Analytics into the Business

Vana Release 10 introduces Position budgeting and analytics across the organization. Organizations can now track budget versus actual across a number of parameters including Headcount, FTE, Compensation, and more. We have also introduced additional reports and metrics delivering advanced forecasting and labor analysis.

Time and Attendance Rules Streamline more Complex Requirements

We have improved and enhanced time and attendance management including an updated punch time experience, tighter integration with absence and paid time off, as well as additional timesheet rules to better support more complex time entry processes.

We continue to enhance the experience for employees and managers by providing new and improved icons for fast access to information as well as expanded self-service functionality including the ability for employees and managers to update nicknames, education, certifications, licenses, and more.
