Rick Otton’s much anticipated 3 day property investment conference is being held in Maidenhead, England, from 19-21 April. Mr Otton has revealed that Day 3 of the event will be devoted to the implementation and management of instalment contracts.
Since Mr Otton introduced the concept of ‘property options’ to the UK real estate market in 2003, has continued to deliver innovative strategies that have seen everyday men and women become property investors, without bank involvement.
His rent-to-own strategies, he says, are an ideal fit for both sellers wanting to get the best price for their properties, and for buyers having problems meeting bank requirements for home loans. But at the property investing conference, he plans to share other transaction techniques that he uses in different situations.
“Rent-to-own is just one of the strategies I use to generate income from property, and in the last 12 months I’ve been developing new systems, that I’ve not yet shared with those in the UK,” explained Mr Otton.

“I will also be discussing special contract clauses. I know, and my past students know, that these could save on unnecessary costs that will impact the profit margin in transactions,” said Mr Otton.
