The Truth Behind College Admissions will cover a number of hot topics for those navigating the college admissions process which will be especially valuable after the most recent college admissions season. This resulted in a record 5.79% acceptance rate at Harvard and a 5.69% acceptance rate at Stanford. Insight’s counseling team will therefore bring attendees up to date on the 2013 college admissions landscape, and review high school academics as they apply to the process. Standardized tests such as the SAT, ACT and PSAT, extracurricular activities, and honors and awards will also be discussed. Finally, the seminar will cover college essays, college applications and majors as a part of the admissions process.
