Business Cash Advance nominated for Credit Today award

“It is an honour to be in the running, hopefully our hard work will be rewarded and we will win.”

The Credit Today Awards are one of the most coveted awards in the finance industry; giving smaller companies like London-based Merchant Cash Express the chance to go up against the large banks and traditional lenders.

The finance firm, which provides small and medium-sized businesses with flexible cash advance payments linked to their card sales, will find out whether it has won on May 9 during an awards ceremony in London.

Business Cash Advance works in partnership with Lloyds TSB Cardnet® to offer the Business Cash Advance service as an alternative to unsecured business loans or bank overdrafts. Thousands of UK businesses have benefited from the Business Cash Advance service and Mortlake-based Merchant Cash Express is now the largest provider of cash advances to the UK’s small business community.

Paul Mildenstein, Managing Director, said: “Everyone at Merchant Cash Express is very proud that we have been nominated as a finalist for a Credit Today Award.

“We work hard to provide the best service for our customers and we are glad that our hard work and success has not gone unnoticed.

“The Credit Today Awards are very prestigious and are seen by the whole finance industry as the benchmark for a job well done. Our nomination is a tribute to the hard work everyone has put in.

“It is an honour to be in the running, hopefully our hard work will be rewarded and we will win.”

The Credit Today Awards is the only ceremony to have promoted best practice and professional excellence in the credit industry for more than a decade.

Now in its 14th year, the awards are run by the magazine Credit Today, which is one of the UK’s leading publications for the consumer and commercial credit industry. The awards ceremony attracts credit professionals from across the country and honours outstanding achievers and innovative thinkers.

The Credit Today Awards is judged by a panel of experts from across the industry.
