Facebook truly understands the needs of developers, and they are bringing together companies that help meet those needs.
New York, NY (PRWEB) April 18, 2013
Kinvey, Inc., the leading Backend as a Service (BaaS) company that makes it easy for developers to setup and operate scalable cloud backends for mobile, tablet and web apps, today announced it has been named to the Facebook Technology Partners Program. Kinvey’s platform helps developers integrate native mobile apps with Facebook’s Open Graph, allowing users to enrich their News Feed and developers to increase exposure for their apps.
Earlier today at Facebook Developers Mobile DevCon 2013, Facebook introduced the Facebook Technology Partners Program, a group comprised of 11 companies that offer technical solutions for developers. Facebook selected developer-focused partners that have built SDKs, APIs, plugins, tools and services that make it easier for mobile developers to integrate with Facebook. By automatically generating the Web presence Open Graph requires to “talk to” native apps, Kinvey’s platform allows developers to build iOS and Android integration with Open Graph in minutes.
“Facebook truly understands the needs of developers, and they are bringing together companies that help meet those needs,” said Sraivsh Sridhar, founder and CEO of Kinvey. “We are proud to be among the initial group of Facebook Technology Partners, comprised of companies that are powering the next generation of great social apps.”
The Facebook Technology Partners Program members are listed on Facebook's Developers Site and receive a badge to designate program inclusion. Kinvey also published a free eBook, titled The Developers’ Guide to Facebook Open Graph today.
