Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) April 19, 2013
On Earth Day, Monday, April 22, 2013, celebrity hairstylist Hasblady Guzman and her team will donate their time and skills to give hair cuts in the name of clean water. The initiative aids Aveda’s overall goal of setting a Guinness World Records title for raising the most money for charity through haircuts in a 24-hour period.
In addition to $40 haircuts for women and $20 for men (no wash or blow dry, must come in with clean hair), the salon will also offer $65-$80 full haircuts/blow dries and $25 half-hour facials. Payments will be made directly to Surfrider Foundation (cash or check only).
Bokaos Aveda specializes in Aveda pure plant-sourced hair color and Great Lengths hair extensions, with the spa offering Aveda facials that utilize ancient skin-treatment techniques integrated with state-of-the-art technology. Guests can also experience a radiation-free airbrushed tan and all-natural make-up application.
Bokaos Aveda’s main entrance is located at 52 Hugus Alley in Old Town Pasadena, California. To book an “Appointment for the Earth,” please call: 626.304.0007.
