Columbus, Ohio (PRWEB) April 20, 2013
Hondros College announced today it has been named a winner of the Top Workplaces 2013 award by Columbus C.E.O. magazine.
In late 2012, readers of Columbus C.E.O. magazine and viewers of WBNS-10TV were asked to nominate their organization for the Top Workplaces 2013 honors. Workplace Dynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement, conducted employee surveys at the nominees' places of business to find the organizations that stand out as the best Central Ohio has to offer.
“We are honored to be identified as a Top Workplace by our associates,” said Linda Hondros, President and CEO of Hondros College. “Employee fulfillment is an important focus of Hondros College. We have experienced tremendous growth over the past few years, and we remain committed to nurturing an environment of professionalism where both associates and students can thrive.”
Hondros College employees are encouraged to share their thoughts and opinions, and this survey clearly represents how employees feel about their positions and the college. As a top workplace, there is a unified feeling amongst all departments at Hondros College; a vision and passion for education, business and philanthropy is present in all facets of the college. Hondros College employees enjoy helping students realize their dreams of a rewarding new career.
The names of all 50 winning companies will be spotlighted in the May issue of Columbus C.E.O.
