Following a multi-million-dollar makeover, Tampa’s premier luxury hotel celebrates Mother’s Day with a luxurious champagne brunch at its award-winning signature restaurant.

After a $16 million renovation, Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay, Tampa’s premier luxury hotel, is celebrating moms with a champagne Mother’s Day brunch at its signature restaurant, Armani’s. Open to both hotel guests and Tampa Bay families, this extravagant brunch buffet will feature fine northern Italian cuisine, impeccable service and an unparalleled setting in Tampa’s preferred venue for special occasions. Available from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., seatings for the champagne Mother’s Day brunch at Armani’s are limited, so advance reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made by calling 813-207-8600. Prices are $90 per adult, and $34.50 per child ages six to 11, exclusive of gratuity. Children under five are free.

As a part of the hotel’s multi-million-dollar upgrade, diners can now enjoy the restaurant’s sweeping, 14-story-high views from a newly redesigned open-air terrace, the ideal gathering place for cocktails, mingling and sunset gazing.

During the exclusive Mother’s Day brunch at Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay, diners will begin their culinary journey by selecting from Armani’s famous antipasto misto: a selection of artisan imported cheeses and cured meats, grilled vegetables, traditional salads and local delicacies. Of course, no meal at Armani’s would be complete without a selection of the best frutti di mare, including grilled calamari, scallop ceviche, smoked seafood and even a caviar bar. In true northern Italian spirit, the scaloppini station will consist of vitello scaloppini, exotic mushrooms, duck scaloppini, grappa cherries and pollo con carciofi alla asparagi, and the risotto station will feature shrimp, scallops, lobster, clams, calamari, wild mushrooms and black truffle. Other brunch favorites will be on the menu such as asiago mushroom and spinach omelets, poached eggs Sardou, blueberry streusel coffee cakes, chocolate croissants and stuffed French toast as well as a variety of pastas served family style. Last but certainly not least, a decadent dessert display will feature both traditional and modern pastries, sweets and Italian gelatos. Diners will also enjoy bellinis de prosecco (sparkling Italian wine cocktails with exotic fresh fruit) as well as Etoile Rose by Domaine Chandon.
