Associations Managed by Sentry Management Win Big in Florida Communities of Excellence Awards

Twenty three communities managed by Sentry were nominated for honors in the 2013 Florida Communities of Excellence Awards, the highest number for any community management company in the state. Six communities were finalists and three won including: Sea Woods Homeowners Association, the Inlet Condominium Association and Townes of Southgate.

The Florida Communities of Excellence Award represents the pinnacle of achievement for community associations throughout Florida. The award is the only comprehensive, independent recognition program for community HOA and condominium associations in the state. CONGRATULATIONS TO SENTRY-MANAGED ASSOCIATIONS WINNING 2013 FLORIDA COMMUNITIES OF EXCELLENCE AWARDS. The category of the award and the names of the communities are:

  • SEA WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, New Smyrna Beach—Florida-Friendly Landscaping
  • INLET CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, New Smyrna Beach—Civic Volunteerism and Advocacy
  • TOWNES OF SOUTHGATE, Orlando—Financial Innovation

Twenty three communities managed by Sentry were nominated for honors this year. In addition to the three winners, three additional communities were finalists. They are:

  • STONEYBROOK WEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, Winter Garden—Communications and Community
  • COUNTRY CLUB OF MOUNT DORA, Mount Dora—Florida-Friendly Landscaping
  • RENAISSANCE I ASSOCIATION, Sarasota—Energy and Water Conservation

The Awards included a new “Communications & Community” submission category sponsored by Sentry Management, as a Diamond Level sponsor. Winners in the new category were community associations that promote positive community relations and build knowledge and compliance with rules and regulations through use of any media, including email, newsletters, social media, closed-circuit television and web sites.
