In the first of an ongoing series, Superstars Founder Steve Hutson has launched an innovative way of informing people of the company's latest disruptions in the staffing world.
As a new, up-and-coming business, Superstars has to find new ways of getting their message across to the wider business community. To this end, they have begun a series of video releases, designed to fully illustrate their concepts, ideas and services in a more simple and fun way than simply issuing lengthy documents and presentations.
The first video challenges the status quo of staffing, which is based solely around percentages, fees and bottom lines. Steve draws us the "Recruitment Monster" which, it could be argued, is how many people view the average recruitment consultant - someone far more interested in the money they will make on a placement than how suitable that role would be for the Talent in question. The alternative to this is the "Staffing Angel", a true consultant who works for the interests of the Talent, and who receives no commission for placements so is not focused upon margins and fees.
