Fitness business consulting company the Fitness Consulting Group has organized an Elite Training Workshop this weekend in the Boston area. One of several such live events hosted by the company each year, this weekend’s ETW will feature a one day business building clinic on Saturday.
This Sunday the Fitness Consulting Group welcomes 7 of the fitness industry’s foremost innovators at Cressey Performance in Hudson, MA. These internationally renowned fitness specialists seek to help improve the attendees’ personal training skills.
“This Sunday’s live event will contain presentations and hands on coaching sessions from some of the nation’s most recognizable fitness industry leaders,” Fitness Consulting Group CEO Pat Rigsby says. “These trainers have built successful fitness businesses through their business savvy and training acumen.”
Among the fitness industry leaders appearing at Sunday’s Elite Training Workshop will be Mike Reinold. Reinold has built a sterling reputation in the fitness industry for his commitment to helping athletes through rehabilitation. He is also a fitness and performance enhancement expert.
“Mike’s work has appeared in high profile venues like ESPN, Sports Illustrated, and other outlets,” Rigsby’s business partner and Fitness Consulting Group President Nick Berry says. “We are lucky to have him come in and help the attendees get better.”
Joining Reinold will be resistance band training expert Dave Schmitz.
“Dave Schmitz has become known to many in the fitness community as ‘the Band Man’ precisely for his unrivaled passion for teaching people how to become better through resistance band training,” Berry says.
“He is going to teach trainers some of the skills that helped him get recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Health and Fitness.”
In addition to the presentations on specialized niche fitness businesses, the event will also feature a presentation by Tony Gentilcore on designing training programs around client injuries.
Eric Cressey, the owner of the facility where Sunday’s event is taking place, will also be there to help the fitness business owners on hand learn about optimal upper and lower body functioning. Mike Robertson, a movement and strength expert, will also be there.
Wrapping up the list of presenters are Steve Long and Jared Woolever of Smart Group Training. SGT, a company founded last year, sees to better personal trainers businesses worldwide through enhancing the quality of semi-private personal training.
The Elite Training Workshop will be held this Sunday April 21 in Hudson, Massachusetts. It will take place at Cressey Performance.
