Brooklyn, New York (PRWEB) April 24, 2013
The Bedford-Stuyvesant area of Brooklyn has a great need for accessible medical care, and providers who accept a variety of Medicaid plans. Prominis Medical Services is now offering extended hours and will be opening its doors to the public on May 2, with an Open House event. Locals are excited to have close access to more quality primary care physicians, as many residents have been going to hospital ERs for standard illnesses. In addition to on-site internal medicine, Prominis is bridging the gap from hospital care to home care, with a team of providers and diagnostic specialties.
Prominis owner and Internist Andras Fenyves, M.D., is treating patients alongside Hsung-Zin Sung, M.D. Doctors and staff from Dr. Fenyves’ five other Brooklyn practices will be in attendance on May 2nd to offer complimentary health screenings. Representatives from local Bedford-Stuyvesant organizations, including NYCHA tenant union representatives, also plan to attend. The Prominis open house will be held at 297 Marcus Garvey Blvd (corner of Gates Ave), on Thursday May 2, from 5-7 PM. All are welcome.
