Listrak, an innovator of eCommerce email marketing solutions, recently expanded to a second office location. The company, which has headquarters in Lititz, PA, secured additional office space in Lancaster, PA exclusively for its growing Professional Services team.

The Professional Services team is responsible for ensuring that clients receive a fast and high quality implementation of Listrak’s leading-edge solutions, and has played an integral role in building the company’s reputation as a client success-focused organization. With the significant client growth Listrak is currently experiencing, expanding the Professional Services team, both in terms of staff and physical resources, is imperative to enable team members to maintain their distinctive high level of customer satisfaction.

The Professional Services team operating out of the new location includes Listrak’s professional services director, project managers, technical project managers, developers, creative services director, art director and graphic designers.

Listrak CEO Ross Kramer comments, “We have been expanding our staff at a very fast pace, and in particular, our Professional Services team which focuses on making sure that our platform and solutions are working at peak performance levels on our eCommerce clients’ behalf. ”

He adds, “Moving the Professional Services team to a separate location where they can continue to expand also frees up space at our Lititz headquarters to help accommodate the 30 percent increase in overall staff that we anticipate in 2013.”

Additions are being made to every department of Listrak in 2013, including professional services, technical services, product, IT, account management, marketing and sales. According to Kramer, Listrak grew 45 percent in 2012 and in the first quarter of 2013 is up 70 percent.
