Autotask launched its first European office in Richmond, England in September, 2011. “We made a serious commitment to serving the needs of our clients in England and throughout Europe, and invested in the best people and resources to help ensure their success,” said Mark Cattini, Autotask President and CEO. “Having the right resources on the ground and available to clients locally has made all the difference, and we have grown significantly as a result.”
The company reports its client acquisition rate has tripled, year-over-year, from 2011, and that more than 50% of new sales each month originates outside of North America, predominantly from the UK and Europe.
To meet growing demand, Autotask has increased the size of its UK operations three times in the past 18 months and now has over 50 employees in its Richmond office. Additional offices were established within Autotask GmbH located in Munich, Germany in February, 2013 to serve clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland . The company expects to double the number of employees serving the European market again this year.
