xMatters™ to Discuss Mobile Device Optimization at CA World

Company CTO to show participants how to make the most of mobile devices for IT communications and how to leverage knowledge gained for real-world use.

xMatters, inc., the relevance engine company, will be showcasing its enterprise communication platform and speaking in an industry session this week at CA World in Las Vegas. xMatters is a proud CA Technologies vendor and will be showcasing its solutions, including CA Spectrum, CA Autosys and CA Service Desk Manager. In addition, Abbas Haider Ali, CTO, will be leading a discussion on how to optimize IT functions with mobile devices.

During the xMatters session, Abbas will discuss how to maximize IT efficiency with the tools at hand: mobile and tablet devices. This will include an overview on best practices from a variety of industries and company sizes on how IT pros are using mobility to its fullest capabilities, including managing workload remotely, engaging with core IT processes such as incident and change management and utilizing two-way response.
