Joseph J. Martanovic has been promoted as Head of Industrial Brokerage Group. Martanovic began his career with Ostendorf-Morris as vice president of commercial leasing and property management. Shortly thereafter, he moved into the Industrial Brokerage department where he has been a steady top producer. His clients have been among many Fortune 1000 firms as users and investors of business real estate.

Additionally over the years, Joe has held other leadership titles in several sales management and training capacities.

In the 1980’s, Martanovic and two other OM colleagues served as the acquisition agents for the Greater Cleveland Domed Stadium Corporation in assembling 43 land parcels in Downtown Cleveland for Jacob’s Field and Gund Arena.
