Utah Genius Prepares to Honor Award Winners and Fred P. Lampropoulos
Utah Genius 2013 ceremony, April 24th to reflect prolific creativity in Utah
Prolific inventors and creative minds from across the state of Utah will meet at the Utah Genius 2013 awards luncheon at noon on April 24, 2013 at the Little America Hotel in Salt Lake City to be honored for their creative genius. This year’s Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to Fred P. Lampropoulos, founder and chairman of Merit Medical. The award will be presented by Lt. Gov. Greg Bell and the keynote speaker for the Utah Genius awards will be Lane Beattie, President and CEO of the Salt Lake Chamber.
Prior to the luncheon, many of the honorees will participate in the Honoree Showcase where patented inventions and trademarked products will be displayed so attendees can see first-hand the level of excellence in the state of Utah.
The Utah Genius event is presented by Bateman IP Law Group and KSL.
The Utah Genius 2013 awards will recognize the following:
- Utah’s Top 20 Inventors
- Utah’s Top 20 Companies by Number of Patents Issued
- Utah’s Top 20 Trademark Registrants
- Lifetime Achievement Award
- People’s Choice Award
