Version 9.4 of next generation business process and mind mapping software announced by CS Odessa enhances flagship ConceptDraw Office suite for faster setup and simplified workflow.

CS Odessa, makers of industry leading cross-platform business productivity and graphics tools, today announced the launch of ConceptDraw PRO 9.4, the latest free upgrade to the company’s flagship business process diagramming software. ConceptDraw PRO 9.4 integrates with the ConceptDraw Office software suite comprised of PRO, MINDMAP and PROJECT, allowing users to manage projects from planning through completion in ConceptDraw’s signature visual interface. ConceptDraw PRO version 9.4 works with ConceptDraw’s Office and Project products to integrate and streamline project management from start to finish. A team can use MINDMAP like a whiteboard to brainstorm ideas, direct workflow and diagram a project roadmap in PRO, then allocate resources, examine profitability and determine percent complete from PROJECT. The seamless design of ConceptDraw Office makes it simple to link information and ideas and translate information into new contexts. Within a mind map, users can hyperlink to documents and web pages; flowcharts created in ConceptDraw PRO can be exported to ConceptDraw PROJECT to generate Gantt charts and track resources. Users can export projects at any time as outlines, presentations, task lists and more to the Microsoft office suite and other program

Upgrades within the new version of PRO include a snap-to-grid feature and new Smart Connectors that automatically avoid obstacles. Using the new Startup Wizard, users can now select defaults such as page orientation, justification, and paper size. Setting these parameters up front eliminates the need to go back and change settings once document construction is underway to make project completion more efficient and streamlined. As well, users can create and share templates for faster setup and consistency throughout organizations
