Eat Well Foods' new promotional video presents a serious message about healthy eating in a humorous, entertaining format.

Eat Well owner/chef Mark Lew

The purpose of this video is to show the flightiness of going from weighty, unhealthy eating to food that enriches your life.

"Making EVERYONE Happy," Eat Well Foods’ new promotional video is now online for both entertainment and information about the South Florida food delivery company.

“We produced the video with high entertainment value in mind,” says Mark Lew, owner/chef at Eat Well Foods. “Even though diet and nutrition are serious matters for health, we decided to present our message in a humorous, entertaining format. It gets the points across with laughter, and we believe customers will appreciate that and think of us for healthy meal delivery to their doors.”

The Eat Well Foods video was produced by Rutz/Roberts Productions, a South Florida production company.

"Most people, when faced with the prospect of changing eating habits, view it with feelings that range from mild trepidation to full-fledged fear," Mark says. "So, the purpose of this video is to show the flightiness of going from weighty, unhealthy eating to food that enriches your life."

Despite the humorous tone of the video, adding good nutrition as part of a healthy lifestyle is serious business. "We're a society that's overeating itself into starvation, ingesting calorie-rich, nutrient-poor foods, prompting more and more consumption as the body seeks to fulfill its nutritional requirements. So, we get fat and have depleted levels of vitamins and minerals necessary for a healthy life."

Eat Well Foods delivers healthy, made-from-scratch meals to homes and businesses from South Miami-Dade to Boca Raton, Florida. Customers outside the delivery area can order their meals for shipment in special, insulated containers anywhere within the contiguous United States.
