We have been waiting years for this implant.
Denver, CO (PRWEB) April 25, 2013
Allergan, Inc. has recently received approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to market Natrelle® 410, a Highly Cohesive Anatomically Shaped Silicone-Filled Breast Implant. Dr. Philippe Capraro, of Grossman Plastic Surgery, is proud to announce he has completed the certification process and can now offer the new implant.
“We have been waiting years for this implant,” said Denver plastic surgeon, Dr. Capraro. “The Natrelle 410 implant is ideal for breast reconstruction patients that have minimal breast tissue remaining or have lost volume over the years because it creates and maintains a more natural anatomical shape that lasts over time.”
The approval of the Natrelle 410 gel implants came following several stages, including pre-clinical device testing, and a 10-year multi-center pivotal study. The study involved approximately 1,000 women who underwent breast reconstruction, augmentation or revision surgery.
For more than a decade, Dr. Capraro has served the Denver community. He provides a variety of plastic surgery services, including: breast augmentation, breast reconstruction, facelifts, tummy tucks, and mommy makeovers.
Dr. Capraro is a member of several prominent professional organizations, including:
- American College of Surgeons
- American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons
- Denver Medical Society
- American Medical Society
- American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
