Lucas Group, North America’s premier executive search firm, announced the promotions today of seven Associates. The recent promotions are part of the recruitment firm's ongoing and purposeful growth plan and represent appointments in key office locations and practice groups across the country.

Two Associates were promoted to Senior Partner, including Scott Robertson, a Senior Executive Search Consultant in the Sales & Marketing Practice Group in their Houston Office to Senior Partner. Also promoted was Marie Manalansen, a Senior Executive Search Consultant in their Accounting & Finance Contract Solutions Practice Group in Las Vegas to a Senior Partner in A&F Contract Solutions.

Additionally, Lucas Group promoted the following five Associates from Executive Search Consultant to Senior Executive Search Consultant:

  •     Jacque Cavins, Sales & Marketing Practice Group, Houston
  •     Julie Duriga, Accounting & Finance, Washington, DC
  •     Daniel Fleischbein, Information Technology, Tampa
  •     Loretta Razny, Accounting & Finance, Washington, DC
  •     Matthew Santoli, Accounting & Finance, New York
