The anticipation is building, we can't wait for Wytes to open!

Stanwell House owners Victoria Crowe and Robert Milton are very pleased to announce their boutique tapas and cocktail bar ‘Wytes’ will be opening early June this year. After 6 years establishing Stanwell House to be Lymington's most popular hotel, the owners are excited to be opening a boutique, Chelsea inspired bar, just down the road from their Lymington hotel. Open to serve an array of enticing tapas, cocktails and fine wine by the glass from June onwards, Wytes will be the first place to head this Summer for a freshly whipped up cocktail or a relaxing garden meal.

Wytes' name reflects its newly refurbished, blank canvas interior, which is complimented by coloured mood lighting to create an atmospheric environment and one off experiences.

Olivia Mowbray of Lymington says, “The anticipation is building and after the success and reputation Victoria and Robert have built at Stanwell House Lymington, we expect the winning formula to continue.”

Cocktails are set to be great value but still ooze elegance by only using the best ingredients available. Guests are encouraged to ask if a desired cocktail is not found on the menu as Manager Jamie Noble-Lewis is rumoured to be a cocktail master. Having gained various bar skills across the continent, Jamie is eager to bring his knowledge to Lymington.

“I’m very excited about the entire project and I cant wait to bring my experience to Wytes,” Jamie says.

The Enomatic wine machine will keep fine wines at a perfect temperature, reds are kept to just below room temperature, while whites are chilled to between a refreshing 8°C and 10°C. Not only that but the wine machine keeps wines so fresh, it’s preserved so that every glass tastes like a brand new bottle.

When it comes to ordering a cocktail or glass of fine wine, Wytes promises to offer something Lymington has never seen before. In fact, the interactive bar otherwise known as an iBar, which is sure to cause quite a stir, is the first of its kind to be installed outside of London. Simply put, the iBar will allow customers to browse the menu on the bar top via touch screen controls, place orders, interact with graphics and play games. So if the bar staff aren’t entertaining as it is, there's always the bar itself equipped to entertain.

Food will be Tapas style, which is perfect for socialising on warm summer evenings. Stanwell House already offers 2 AA Rosette awarded cuisine in their hotel bistro, so the standard of food at Wytes is set to be high! All in all, Wytes sounds to be the one place to rely on this summer, for brilliant food, refreshing wines and the best cocktails in town. All set in a stunning white bar, atmosphere set by Bose sound speakers and mood lighting, Wytes is sure to tick all those boxes.

Upon opening, guests are advised to book to avoid disappointment.

Stanwell House Hotel and Wytes both add to the portfolio of wedding venues new forest has to offer, both offering a one of a kind summer wedding set in the stunning hotel gardens or perhaps an evening celebration at Wytes.
